- Soon after the order has been dispatched, We will place the order to our Weavers.
- As all our orders are customised, appropriate time frame is expected.
- Once everything is ready, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your order.
- Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.
- Sometimes, even if you place order, we need to confirm whether its still available in our store as our sarees are unique pieces. If not available, we will issue alternatives only. You have to choose from them. We won't issue refund. If by any case we issue refund there would be deduction charges of payment gateway, we will issue back the rest amount only.
- Some irregularities or color spread may be expected and shall not be considered as defect.
- Some Bright Colors Appear Little Dim than the Mobile or desktop view.
- There may be color differences for colors like Sea Green, Shady Black & Silver
- Some pictures appear bright black but will be colour variation as dull black in very few cases.
- Thread Pulls or Jump Threads won't be treated as defects.
- Return/refund/exchange is inapplicable on this Saree.
- Please add a WhatsApp Number at the time of ordering for seamless communication.
- Deliveries may not be possible on Sundays and National Holidays.
- Kindly provide an address where someone would be available at all times since our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order.

In case where severe damage like Major Tear is there, We will check possibilities to replace a defective product only after reviewing the clear unboxing video with the clearly seeing saree, please inform us at the earliest and we shall do the needful.
